Great story!! Thanks for the tale. Your vignette shows off the warm and personable side of Jorma - he really is truly nice guy these days . . . same goes for Jack.

Oh I have a cool Jack story too. They played the Denver Zoo which back in the day was a KILLER place. You could bring in lawn chairs coolers of Beer you name it and camp out on the grass. Small little set up, great CO weather. Anyway at setbreak I'm walking around and it's kinda hard missing a super white dude dressed in all black haha. I personally am not shy in shouting out to my heros so I go up to Jack and tell him he's my favorite bassist ( which is true ) how I love his music blah blah typical Wayne World I'm not worthy moment. Then I say Damn wish I had a pen for an autograph and he shrugs all cool " I'm around." Had to be there but super nice and cool.
